looppass Enterprise: how we use data
Last updated: 13 October 2026.
This page covers looppass Enterprise: coupons that chains offer through looppass (Acquire) and the access request form on the Enterprise page. Café cards are covered by the general privacy policy.
Who is responsible
For a coupon you claimed, the data controller is the chain offering it; its name is on the coupon page and on the card. It is the chain's campaign and loyalty programme.
looppass is the technical support behind it. The platform is run by EARTH PR, Tošin Bunar 116, Novi Beograd, Serbia (tax ID 107089113). We process coupon data on the chain's instructions and never for our own purposes.
For the access request form on the Enterprise page, the controller is EARTH PR.
What data
When you claim a coupon: your email address (if the chain asks for it), whether you ticked the box to be invited to its programme and receive offers, the exact sentence you agreed to and when, where and when you claimed the coupon, and when it was used at the till. We don't ask for your name, phone number or your phone's location.
The Wallet card holds the coupon, its expiry and the till code.
When you send the access request form: company name and tax ID, your name, role, work email, phone and message if you enter them, and your IP address to protect against abuse.
Why
We use your email to send you the coupon and to give one coupon per person. That is part of the service you asked for.
The invitation to the programme and offers are sent only if you ticked that box separately. The coupon never depends on that consent.
We use the access request details to reply to you and agree on working together.
Who else sees it
The chain receives the email addresses only of people who ticked the consent box, to invite them to its programme. Everyone else's address stays with us and is used only for the coupon.
For hosting, sending email and Wallet cards we use the providers listed on our Sub-processors page. We don't sell data.
Where it is stored
On servers in the European Union, in Germany and Ireland. Apple and Google also process the card outside the EU, under their own policies.
How long
We keep coupon data while the campaign runs and as long as agreed in the data processing agreement with the chain, then delete it. If you ask for deletion, we delete without delay.
Addresses the chain took with your consent are then its responsibility; you can ask it for deletion too.
We keep access request details while we discuss working together and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract requires longer.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you and get a copy, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to processing, to take it elsewhere, and to withdraw consent at any time.
Withdraw consent to messages with one click on “No more messages” in the email, or by writing to hello@looppass.app. The coupon stays valid.
Write to the chain or to us at hello@looppass.app; we reply within 30 days. You can also contact the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade, office@poverenik.rs.
