FAQ
Do my guests need an app?
No. The card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on their phone.
Does it work on Android?
Yes. iPhones use Apple Wallet, Android phones use Google Wallet. Same card, same stamps.
What do I need at the counter?
Your QR code from the dashboard, and any phone or tablet to scan cards. Staff open the scanner with a PIN.
Can staff hand out stamps they shouldn’t?
The scanner only works with your PIN, and every stamp is checked on our server. Scanning the same card twice in a row gets caught.
What happens to my guests’ data?
Guests give a name and email. Other cafés can’t see them, they’re stored in the EU, and Looppass never sells them.
Is it only for cafés?
It suits any place people come back to: cafés, bakeries, gelato shops, barbers and salons.
