Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These terms govern your use of Loop (“Loop”, “we”, “us”), a digital loyalty-card platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Loop. Questions: hello@looppass.app.
The service
Loop lets businesses run visit-based loyalty programs and lets customers store a loyalty card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time as we develop the product.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use Loop only for lawful purposes.
Business responsibilities
If you use Loop to run a loyalty program, you are responsible for honoring the rewards you advertise to your customers, for the accuracy of your program details, and for handling your customers’ data lawfully. Loop provides the tools; the relationship and the reward are between you and your customers.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, access data that is not yours, or use it to send spam or unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are inactive or non-paying.
Availability
We work to keep Loop running reliably but provide the service “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Loop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Loop after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
