Business Privacy Notice

Last updated: October 2026

This notice is for café owners, people who pay for Looppass and visitors to this website. If you collect stamps at a café, read the Guest Privacy Notice instead: there the café is responsible for your data.

Who is responsible

For the data described here, the controller is the operator of Looppass:

EARTH PR, Tošin Bunar 116, 11070 Novi Beograd, Serbia · MB 62491337 · PIB 107089113 · hello@looppass.app

What we hold

Your name, email and phone number, your business's name, address and programme settings, your sign-in details (handled by Clerk) and the messages you send us. This website uses only necessary cookies; see our Cookie Policy.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle receives your billing details and processes them as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We receive only what we need to run your account, such as your subscription status, and never see your full card number.

Why we use it

To provide and bill the service you signed up for (contract), to keep the records the law requires (legal obligation), and to keep Looppass secure and improve it (legitimate interest).

Who else sees it

Our service providers run the platform for us; they are listed on our Subprocessors page. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

While your account is open and up to 30 days after it ends, except invoices and accounting records, which we keep as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict its use, and take it elsewhere. Write to hello@looppass.app; we answer within 30 days. In Serbia you can complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

If you are in the EU or EEA

You have these rights under the GDPR, and you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country, such as Persónuvernd in Iceland. Our providers store data in the EU; we access it from Serbia.
